**Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
+ Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on motors, gearboxes, pumps, belts, and bearings.
+ Change out motors and repair or replace gearboxes.
+ Follow a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure operational efficiency.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, wires, and cabling.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Experience with AC/DC systems and VFDs.
+ Ability to work with 480 volts and use a multimeter.
