MTS, Process Engineering (F7 Litho)

Responsible for a combination of process and equipment engineering supporting production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement, and tool release.

• Support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement, and tool release.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and data (such as SPC/DOE/split lot/Space/Si-view/JMP/Klarity).
• Perform process matching between equipment to reduce variations for better tool matching.
• Identify chronic issues and establish improvement programs/procedures for resolution.
• Work with cross‑function teams to address yield improvement, excursions, and best practices across fabs.
• Drive CIP (Continuous Improvement Plans) to improve performance indices and optimize productivity.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
