Order Picking: Locating items within the warehouse using picking lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking headsets. Quality Control: Checking items for damage or defects before they are packed. Packing: Selecting the appropriate box size, using protective materials (bubble wrap, air pillows), and sealing packages securely.  Labeling: Printing and applying shipping labels and ensuring all documentation (invoices, packing slips) is included.
