The opportunity

EY is looking for a Manager/Senior Manager to join the UAE FAAS team to lead on complex advisory engagements and support the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple pursuits and engagements focusing on the design and implementation of the shared services function, with an emphasis on finance processes across sectors and industries.
• Ensure the FAAS engagement team understands client needs and expectations and that the work product is client‑focused, clear, accurate, and well‑presented.
• Deliver work on time, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the FAAS engagement team’s performance against the budget and adjust as necessary.
