Role Purpose
Support a project focused on modernizing software support and incident management. The intern will contribute to the development of tools for bug tracking and ticket resolution, creation of troubleshooting resources for frontline support, collaboration on training materials, and exploration of AI-powered automation to improve issue resolution speed and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and organization of bug tracking and incident management tools.
- Assist in documenting software issues, troubleshooting steps, and support processes.
- Help create resources and knowledge materials for frontline support teams.
