MRO Receiver

 The Opportunity:

The MRO receiver is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Department through the receiving of maintenance parts, and the management of inventory and control systems to support efficient plant operations.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

Receive inventory into SAP system

Label incoming parts with material numbers and bin locations

Create domestic and international shipments

Prepare monthly inventory report and follow up on parts issues

Maintain stock room clean and organized

Follow up on receiving, and delegate parts to workorders or stock c/w packing slips

Coordinate with AP on questions regarding invoices and purchase orders
