MP&L Industrial Engineer

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join the MP&L team, reporting directly to the ME Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring workstation ergonomics, planning and executing the annual efficiency plan, applying lean manufacturing tools, driving problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting production, quality, and cost objectives, as well as actively participating in new model launch processes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Participate as an active member of the Local Ergonomics Committee.
+ Conduct ergonomic evaluations of workstations and follow up on stations flagged as red and ergonomic complaints.
+ Perform annual ergonomic evaluation of 100% of workstations.
+ Define stations suitable for pregnant employees and individuals with disabilities.
