M&P Supervisor (Mechanical & Piping)- 3-6 months contract

We are seeking an experienced M&P Supervisor to support a major Plant Turnaround / Shutdown project. The successful candidate will supervise mechanical and piping activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

• Supervise mechanical and piping technicians, craftsmen, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily turnaround activities and manpower deployment.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved procedures, drawings, and safety requirements.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, piping installation, replacement, repairs, bolt tightening, flange management, and testing activities.
• Coordinate isolations, permit-to-work requirements, and work execution schedules.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality.
• Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
