Become a Moving Assistant with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK at Drinkwater Incorporated in St. Catharines, Ontario. Offer support in packing, moving, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
This role requires commitment to service excellence and problem-solving. You will assist in packing/unpacking, support the driver/trainer with inspections, and ensure that all equipment is used properly. Your ability to suggest improvements during meetings will contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct truck inspections with the driver/trainer
• Ensure safe packing and unpacking of belongings
• Secure and organize truck for every job
• Share responsibility for collecting paperwork and cash
• Engage in ongoing training and procedural enhancements
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• GPS/map reading proficiency
• Strong communicative and listening skills
• Ability to lift over 100 pounds
• Problem-solving and reasoning capabilities...
