Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Tooling Design & Development
- Design and develop injection molds (multi-cavity, hot runner, 3-plate molds)
- Define gating, cooling, venting, and material selection
- Review mold flow analysis and improve tooling performance
- Ensure tooling meets production capacity and cycle time targets
2. Tooling Validation & Testing
- Support mold trials (T0, T1, T2)
- Perform FAI, PPAP, Cp/Cpk, and DOE activities
- Troubleshoot tooling issues such as flash, short shot, warpage, and sink marks
3. Manufacturing Support
- Provide hands‑on support to solve production issues
