Motorpool Manager (Quezon City)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage company vehicles (Elf, Vios, Boom Truck, etc.).
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all units.
• Monitor fuel, mileage, repairs, and operating costs.
• Handle vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance with LTO and other regulations.
• Supervise drivers/mechanics and ensure fleet safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in fleet/motorpool management.
• Strong technical knowledge of light and heavy vehicles.
• Familiar with fleet systems, diagnostics, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
