Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair motorcycles, including engine, transmission, and suspension systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire replacements
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- At least 3 years of experience working as a motorcycle mechanic
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy motorcycle parts and equipment
