Motion Graphic Designer

A Designer who is responsible for creating engaging visuals for our classroom and marketing content. This begins with a script. Design is prepared by a visual instructional designer, and designers are then assigned based on business priorities and deadlines. The Lead Designer is responsible for reviewing all visuals to ensure everything meets our Brand and accessibility guidelines. These reviews ensure quality standards are upheld, all while adhering to project goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Create designs for animation with Adobe Illustrator.
• Follow storyboards, production scripts & style guides.
• Utilize AI-generated tools to create images when needed.
• Receive & incorporate feedback frequently.
• Follow the teams' standard file organization system.
• Communicate daily with your project team via Slack & email.
• Receive direction from lead designers, producers & content developers.
