We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong expertise in US Mortgage Underwriting and Due Diligence operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team handling US Mortgage Underwriting processes
- Review loan files, income calculations, credit analysis, and mortgage documentation
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and client requirements
- Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and TAT
- Conduct quality checks and provide performance feedback
- Handle escalations and support process improvements
- Train and mentor team members
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader in US Mortgage Underwriting / Due Diligence
