Position Title: Mortgage Operations Support Assistant (MOSA)
Job Description:

+ To provide operational support for Management, Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers

+ Executing essential mortgage production tasks

+ Assist with new loan setup including indexing, member follow ups, ordering and/or validating documents

+ Track and update action items in database

+ Maintain systematic, consistent, and reliable notes and contact history information on each member interaction and actions taken on accounts

Qualifications:

+ Verbal and written communication skills

+ Basic skill performing mathematical calculations and working accurately with numbers

+ Basic skill navigating multiple screens and PC applications and adapting to new technologies
