Position Summary

Responsible for timely and accurate packaging and submission of all Mortgage loans. The objectives include ensuring the bank’s on‑going adherence to consumer compliance regulations, performing duties relative to the bank’s mortgage loan portfolio, and performing procedures necessary to improve efficiency and accountability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Compiles information and takes each file from application submission to loan approval, while assisting as needed for closing and loan purchase.

• Processes all mortgage loans in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including accurate entry of loan application information in the MortgageBot and other software or online systems.

• Utilizes checklists to organize, request, and prepare all essential documentation for the mortgage loan file.
