What You'll Do
- Assist customers and Mortgage Loan Originators via phone, email, and chat
- Provide updates on mortgage applications and loan status
- Troubleshoot loan-related and technical issues
- Guide customers through documentation and the mortgage process
- Collaborate with underwriting, setup, and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with company and industry standards
We're Looking For
- Customer Service / BPO Experience
- At least 2 years mortgage experience
- Excellent communication skills
