Mortgage - Direct Sales

Help customers achieve their home ownership and financing goals through trusted mortgage solutions. As a Mortgage – Direct Sales Specialist, you will manage internally generated leads and play a key role in converting customer enquiries into successful mortgage outcomes.

• Manage and follow up on internal leads from various sources, including call centre enquiries, staff loan applications, online lead forms, and other internal channels.
• Qualify and nurture leads with quick turnaround time and within SLA requirements to maximise conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as the Call Centre, HR (for staff loans), and CCU to ensure smooth lead referral and timely follow‑up.
