Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine clients’ mortgage eligibility and tailor solutions that best fit their needs.
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in lending policies to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate advice.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred, providing a strong foundation in financial principles.
• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage advising or a related financial services role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
