Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet with prospective homebuyers to assess their financial situations, credit histories, and homeownership goals.
• Loan Structuring: Analyze financial data to recommend the best mortgage products tailored to the client's needs.
• Application Management: Guide clients through the pipeline, collecting necessary documentation (tax returns, bank statements etc.) and ensuring applications are complete and accurate.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all loan files comply with local and federal regulations, company policies, and lending guidelines.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the client, real estate agents, underwriters, and closing attorneys to ensure a smooth, on-time closing.
• Business Development: Build and maintain a strong referral network of real estate agents, builders, and past clients to generate new business opportunities.
