Job Opening: Molding Supervisor
Location: Molex Guadalajara Sur, Zacoalco
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise molding operators and technicians, including attendance control, absenteeism, labor relations, discipline, use of PPE, training, and communication of corporate issues.
- Follow manufacturing orders according to planning and customer priorities, assigning labor to specific activities and ensuring line balancing and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with team leaders for optimal operation of automatic, semi-automatic, and manual assembly lines.
- Oversee the training plan to ensure proper task execution and increase operational flexibility.
- Facilitate communication between shifts at the operational and engineering levels to ensure the sharing of key manufacturing information, such as order priorities and area performance metrics.
