Responsibilities:
Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning staffing, work procedures and assignments.
Review operations and confer with supervisor to resolve production or processing problems.
Provide information to production operators, to adjust for changes in manufacturing conditions.
Responsible for performance related to the manufacturing and ensure that all setups are designed and ready for production and that all manufacturing processes are functioning and available for production according to the schedule.
Promotes and maintains a safe working environment by actively participating in and encouraging employee involvement in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) topics and other company-sponsored safety programs, while demonstrating leadership and commitment to the HSE by fostering a culture that su...
