MOLD DESIGN ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Design and develop stamping molds (structure, process, materials)
Create BOMs, assembly drawings, and component drawings
Perform kinematic and strength analyses to ensure design feasibility
Plan technical solutions for new molds and evaluate feasibility
Support mold RFQ/DFX reviews and resolve design issues
Coordinate with external vendors on mold processes and revisions
Review and optimize mold drawings and processes
Ensure molds meet technical and production quality standards
Provide maintenance solutions and improve production mold performance
Introduce new technologies, tools, and standards
Write and manage design standard documents
Mentor junior engineers
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in mold design, mechanical, or related engineering field
More than 10 years in mold design; senior-level design experience
