Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee health and safety programs and compliance
• Manage quality improvements and internal standards
• Ensure production plans are executed daily
• Facilitate efficient shift handovers and updates
• Lead cost control and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Over 5 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
