Job Summary:
The Modern Trade Sales Staff is responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening strategic partnerships with modern trade accounts for the company's noodle products. The role leads key account management, Joint Business Planning (JBP), trade promotions, category management, commercial negotiations, and account profitability while ensuring excellent in-store execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with major modern trade accounts (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, and club stores).
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong customer relationships.
Joint Business Planning (JBP) & Top-to-Top Engagement
