We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Modern Device Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SCCM architecture and hierarchy, advanced troubleshooting abilities, and proven proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, and Power BI. In addition, the candidate should have intermediate (L2) knowledge of Microsoft Intune and basic (L1) understanding of Microsoft Entra Application Proxy concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize SCCM architecture and hierarchy for large‑scale environments.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex SCCM and Intune related issues, including client/server communication, software distribution, patch management, and compliance settings.
