Modeling Coordinator

**Position Summary**

The plumbing & Piping Detailing Department is looking for a new team member to support our critical day-to-day activities. The position will work closely with Plumbing/Piping Detailers in coordinating daily tasks and operations internally. Training will be provided as needed and the position allows for growth within the detailing department.

**Position Details**

+ Prepare Spool Drawings using Revit.  
+ Coordinate with Piping Detailers and Engineers to prepare Spool Drawing based on Customer drawings.
+ Review and reconcile the Spool Drawing based on Piping Detailers and Engineer feedback

**Qualifications**

+ At least 3 years of professional and industry-related experience
+ AA or certificate degree in HVAC, plumbing technology or mechanical design 
+ At least 3+ years experience with AutoCAD & Revit
+  Proficient Revit 2020 
+ Beginning experience with Navisworks
