Model Risk Management Team Lead

Our Risk Management Department is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Model Risk Management Team Lead .

In this role you will provide enterprise-level ownership and governance of the Bank’s Model Risk Management framework, ensuring risks from quantitative, statistical, and judgment-based models are identified, monitored, escalated, and integrated into enterprise risk governance. You will also embed model risk considerations into the Risk Appetite Statement, ICAAP, stress testing, recovery planning, and strategic decision-making while maintaining clear separation from independent validation execution.
