Position Overview:

The Miniature Artist / Model Maker plays a key role in transforming creative concepts into finely crafted physical models and miniatures. This position involves hands-on fabrication painting and detailing of miniature figures structures and environments using materials such as resin foam wood metal and plastic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble miniature figures structures and scenery using materials such as plastic resin foam wood and metal.
• Paint detail and weather models with precision and consistency ensuring color and texture accuracy across custom or batch pieces.
• Develop masking and painting templates; perform airbrush spray and fine brushwork; and apply decals or special coatings accurately.
