Description
**General Summary:**
Troubleshoot repairs, and maintains industrial trucks, trailers, wire pulling, and construction equipment used for electrical construction projects in Hooper’s service area. This role offers great perks such as overtime, a company truck and provided tools, along with a generous benefits package. Additionally, this is a union position therefore the pay and benefits will come through at the union rates.
**Principal Accountabilities:**
+ Knowledge of major truck systems including diesel and gas engines, and ability to diagnose problems, make repairs, and perform preventive maintenance
+ Knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical schematics
+ Ability to operate a variety of equipment including dozers, backhoes, skid steers, and cranes
