We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Songjiang, Shanghai.
What you can look forward to as a Mobile Service Engineer:
Communicate with customer dealerships and technical hotline to provide direct technical support in regards to ZF automatic transmission diagnosis, electrified powertrain parts, such as eVD, e motor, etc.Investigate failures on vehicles (on-site when needed) to determine root cause with advanced knowledge of powertrain and diagnosis skills and engineering tools e.g. INCA, AZG, SDD, Pathfinder, etc.Create regular statistic reports for field situation.Document cases in customers system.Document cases in ZF's SAP database.Detect weak spots in customer diagnosis and repair process.
