Mobile HVAC Engineer – On-Call, Nights & Weekends

CBRE is seeking an experienced Mobile HVAC Engineer based in Gateshead to perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, equipment, and building services.

The ideal candidate will have strong fault-finding skills and a proven track record in HVAC maintenance. Responsibilities include managing risks associated with equipment, operating BMS systems, and supervising subcontractors as needed.
