Purpose Of The Role

• To ensure that Briggs Equipment core values are central to each task carried out on a daily basis.
• Accurate and effective management of deliveries/collections of all equipment for hire at any depot.
• Assist and support sales and operational teams.

Main Accountabilities And Responsibilities

• Set up hire agreements and allocate equipment in line with internal processes.
• Coordinate pre‑hire inspections with service and yard teams.
• Plan and schedule equipment deliveries and collections.
• Ensure equipment is prepared and ready for dispatch before delivery.
• Raise and manage hire contracts accurately, including on/off hire dates in the system.
• Close off and invoice all off‑hired contracts before month end.
