Job Description
The Mobile Building Engineer / Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing preventative maintenance, operational support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, building inspections, general maintenance, and repairs for an assigned portfolio of industrial warehouse and distribution facilities. Working under the direction of multiple Property Managers, this position serves as the primary field representative for building operations and is responsible for maintaining institutional-quality assets through proactive maintenance, tenant service, vendor coordination, emergency response, and technology-driven documentation. The Mobile Building Engineer / Maintenance Technician is the boots on the ground for the Property Management team and plays a critical role in protecting the owner's investment while delivering exceptional service to tenants, clients, and ownership.
