**Job Description**
The Mobile Engineer 3 role focuses on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and related building systems across multiple facilities within a defined geographic radius. This mobile position covers Providence, RI and the surrounding area, and involves both preventive maintenance and responsive repair work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building components. The role requires strong technical expertise in HVAC/R systems, a solid background in building maintenance, and the ability to work independently while traveling between sites. The position is structured with the intention to convert to a full-time permanent role.
