Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Maintenance Electrician | £42,000 | Permanent role with Van + Fuel Card | Exeter, Devon | Commercial Properties.

Due to increased demand, we are actively recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work across the Exeter/ Torquay and Plymouth area. You will be part of the maintenance team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), fault finding and reactive maintenance.

Duties: Maintenance Electrician:

* Electrical PPMs - emergency light testing, fire alarm tests etc.

* Electrical fault finding, reactive maintenance and repair.

* Internal / External Lighting - lamps, ballasts, LED upgrades, emergency / safety lighting, security lighting, decorative lighting etc.

* Sockets, circuits, transformers, power distribution, cabling, wiring, floor boxes etc,

* Power supplies to HVAC and Security systems (AC units, fire alarms, access control panels etc).
