Become the customer service face for Liebherr Canada Ltd. as a Mobile Cranes Technical Coordinator. Coordinate service inquiries, manage work orders, and foster customer relationships in this crucial role.
This position reports to the Branch Manager and is integral to the service function. You will triage customer requests, assist in planning for field technicians, and maintain accurate records.
