Responsibilities
- Responsible for full sets of accounts
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting
- Support the preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries
- Provide overall support to the implementation of new accounting systems and finance processes
- Ensure comply with company policies, practices and procedures, GAAP, and SOX standards
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
