Job summary/purpose

AsMiu Miu Client Advisor, You guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the Clients at the center, discovering their needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships, serving as a Brand Ambassador. 

You convey and promote the Brand philosophy and Values to the final Clients guiding them into the world of Prada / Miu Miu Brand. 

You hold yourself accountable to achieve your individual and store sales target, acting as proactive player in ensuring the best service and responding to the customer needs, both in store and on e-commerce channel.
