Beacon Children's Centre seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join its new multidisciplinary clinic in Mississauga. Start part-time with potential for growth as patient demand increases in this rewarding role.
As a foundational member of our clinical team, you will work alongside Registered Behaviour Analysts and Occupational Therapists to deliver integrated therapy solutions. You’ll conduct speech assessments and provide therapy for children facing various communication challenges—autonomy and collaboration are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive speech assessments using appropriate tools
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Conduct individual therapy sessions targeting key communication goals
• Supervise and mentor Communicative Disorders Assistants
• Participate in case conferences for inter-professional collaboration
