Responsibilities
- Serve as a Product Manager for the Navy Domain
- Collaborate with Navy Tech Leads to establish technical roadmaps for Mission Outcomes
- Align product roadmaps to technical roadmaps and provide feedback on mission need dates
- Facilitate feedback between Delivery and Product segments regarding OSS projects and services
- Balance priorities from users, customers, stakeholders, and the team to deliver scalable mission value
- Foster an environment for growth, mentorship, and coaching within the team
Requirements
- US Citizenship and active SECRET clearance
- Proficiency in translating pain points to root cause problems
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
- Expertise in modern software development processes including DevSecOps and Continuous Delivery
