About The Role
As a Solutions Engineer for Miro in LATAM, you are the technical pre‑sales partner to
Commercial and Mid‑Market Account Executives. You lead the technical validation of Miro with
customers across Brazil and Spanish‑speaking Latin America – running demos, designing
solution approaches, validating fit against required capabilities, and addressing technical
objections – so the AE can own the commercial side of the deal with full confidence in the
technical story.
You combine deep Miro product knowledge, strong storytelling, and solid technical
fundamentals to show customers how Miro’s AI‑powered Innovation Workspace can solve real
business problems across product, engineering, design, and business teams. You are
