- Build 3PL relationship for long term partnership to support business needs i.e service level improvement, cost optimization, customer experience, etc.
- Attend recurrent business review meetings with fulfillment 3PLs to continuously make improvement in operational setup & support the long-term logistics strategy.
- Lead continues improvement initiatives together 3PL to improve operations efficiency.
- SOPs creation & optimization for operational processes improvement & standardization.
- Monitor and manage the performance of main operational KPIs of logistics partners through dashboards and reports, and propose improvement ideas based on data analysis.
