**This is a 6-month PRN contract position; provider must be able to provide a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week including every third weekend. The available shift times are evening (2:30p - 11p) and overnight (9p - 6:30a).**
Qualified candidates must hold a current, unrestricted license in **AL, AR, CO, IA, ID, IN, LA, MI, MS, NE, NV, OK, TN,** or **TX.** If hired, must be willing and able to obtain additional licensure.
