Minor Works Project Manager

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, estimation, execution, and successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, including minor works, maintenance programmes, direct source and contestable works, and defect rectification and asset maintenance activities. You will manage projects from initial scoping through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, you will build strong relationships, coordinate resources, manage project risks and financial performance, and ensure customer expectations are met while contributing to the ongoing success of the business.
