Mining Talent Acquisition Partner - Growth & Site Hiring

Endura Mining is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join during a critical growth phase on a 6-month fixed-term basis. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across mining operations, trades, and corporate roles while helping to design scalable systems.

Based on site operations in New Zealand with a Sydney-based corporate team, you'll partner with site leaders, drive candidate experience, and help build the recruitment function in a startup environment.
