Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults. Maintain and fault-find PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems. Ensure maximum machine availability and minimise production downtime. Install, commission and modify production equipment. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate maintenance records and job cards. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards. Support continuous improvement and TPM initiatives. Assist with equipment upgrades and process improvements. Minimum Requirements Red Seal Trade Test as a Millwright. Minimum 5 years experience in an automotive manufacturing environment. Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills. Experience with PLC fault-finding (Siemens preferred).
