Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
• Maintain and troubleshoot presses, injection moulding machines and automated production equipment.
• Fault-find on PLC-controlled machinery, drives, motors, sensors and electrical systems.
• Build, wire, install and commission electrical control panels.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical schematics.
• Maintain and repair ultrasonic welding and industrial sewing equipment.
• Perform equipment upgrades, modifications and continuous improvement projects.
• Commission new machinery and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
