**Job Title: MIG/Stick Welder**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing high-quality MIG and Stick welding on steel components while accurately reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols. You will complete a MIG weld test, set up welding equipment, and work with a range of steel thicknesses to support the production of pavement preservation products and related equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG and Stick welding on steel materials ranging from 20-gauge to 5/8 inch thickness.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine weld locations, specifications, and techniques.
+ Set up MIG welding machines after they are zeroed out, ensuring proper settings for the required welds.
+ Complete and pass a basic MIG flat welding test as part of the hiring process.
