**Job Title: MIG/Stick Welder**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing high-quality MIG and Stick welding on steel components by accurately reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols. You will work with a range of steel thicknesses and be responsible for setting up welding equipment and producing precise, durable welds that meet production and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine welding requirements and specifications.
+ Perform MIG welding on steel components, including flat welding, in accordance with project and quality requirements.
+ Perform Stick welding on steel parts as needed to support production and repair work.
+ Set up MIG welding machines after they are zeroed out, including adjusting settings based on material type and thickness.
